Yes it looks clean from the pictures. the mileage is so great. the price is about right $3000 for an EXCELLENT shape 97 civic. as long as its a clean title. its also worth $2500 if you could find little issues here and there. i.e. tire wear, dirty/leaky engine. also depends the type of tires it has, you really cant see in the pictures.

from the pictures the paint job looks good, but needs to be seen in person. the engine is DIRTY, needs further inspection. I dont like the fact that it has performance parts already installed, means the engine has been ran hard. but it has low mileage, so the engine might be good still. Tell the guy to shoot u a pic of the rims.

Call and make an appointment with that person to go see it. Self inspection is probably the best way to get stuff done. Just go look at all the key components like the motor, body damage, interior, blah blah, (like previous poster said, clean title). The pics don't look toooo bad, and 123k isn't very much. Hopefully it's not some reckless teenager owner lol.

im a junior in high school and have a passion for cars. but i love civics. i have plans but i need to get it first along with more money. minimum wage sucks haha. and with this the exhaust would save some along with the intake.

True that, I guess having all those mods for you is a big plus. make sure you check the history of the car, CARFAX. it shows other info like if it passes smog with no issues, number of previous owners, the history of the vehicle. its always good to know the history.

I think its a good first tuner if its mechanically sound
I dont like to buy already modded cars id pefrer to do the work and know its right, but i see where it could be a plus too
that is a really really dirty engine bay id be a little weary of that worst cause ask them if you can take it to a mechanic and pay somebody a few bucks to throughly check it if they say no to that it aint worth buyng
