All fabric can fade due to sun exposure, but if your doing a headliner it will see much less light and it wont be direct sunlight. An armrest will see much more abuse and direct sunlight. And it definately is easy. Try using rit dye on your arm rest, i find it to hold up real well in light

First off awesome work! Second how did you paint the grey peices? I Im stuck with this grey s**t and if any one has an idea how to get them all black id love to hear it! the worst part is that damn moon roof peice that wraps around the headliner. I personally think you should wrap your pillars but they are a b***h to do... The backs especially! But for reals awesome work!

yeah, im actually redoing it in black suede, lol, all that work for nothing huh. but to get to your question, are you talking about all the hardwear, like the domelight, coat hanger, and such? cuzi i just took it out and spray painted it with a red primer then a red gloss. its actually really easy, but for the gray thing on the moon roof, since its not a hard plastic your going to have to wrap it in vinyl or fabric, im getting some carbon fiber soon so im going to have a black suede header with carbon fiber pillars and the moon roof thing will also be wrapped in carbon fiber.

I did mine and all the pillars in blue tweed. I wouldn't want to be f**ked up in there. Red and black you need some checkers prices with velcro on them LoL. Love it man don't be a sheep!
