No, you're right. It's Colonel Gaddafi. But news as of late is that it isn't just protests. They are having an all out revolutionary civil war due to a large populous of the protesters actually being heavily armed defected Lybian Military. If his own military is turning against him, maybe it's a sign he's doing something wrong. Lol.
