About 3 years ago my friend installed this electric turbocharger and installed it in his 95 civic, there were no gains and he would constantly keep jumping his car. By the way the electric turbocharger only lasted a month or two. You would gain more power from witching your stock header to $40 eBay header.

I doubt those works, but its worth a try, but if i were you, ill get myself a real turbo or supercharger.

I purchased a chip from http://www.performancechipsdirect.com/Honda/Civic/ and worked for me. I get lesser fuel consumption and more HP.
