Yea, completely wrong dude. That IS stealing. If you take property from others without their consent, it's stealing. Ask me how I know.

If it was raning really hard if left it would have been ruined if it was in the rain or somebody would have taken it. I agree it was probably like 20 bucks where they got it in korea lol.

i just finished my 5th year of probation... convicted felon FTL.....

and in this town... if you are caught in what is reported a stolen car.... but you have the keys and there was no forced entry... they cannot charge you with grand theft auto.

sure they will arrest you on the spot because it is still reported stolen... but. if it is proven that you had the keys... its automatically joy riding.
