Update Your Member Garage

I don't think too many people know about this feature. You can update your garage with information about and pictures of your car. After updating your member garage, the type of car you drive will show up underneath your avatar. Update your garage and post the link up in here -

To update your garage:

1. View your profile (Click your name above your avatar in any post you've made and select "View public profile")
2. Click the tab called "My Vehicles". It should be all the way on the right of the row of tabs beginning with "Contact info".
3. The small viewing area just below the tabs will change. Now click "Add your vehicle to the garage".
4. Fill in the fields, upload pictures and you should be good to go.

Agreed. I'm going to brainstorm it and then make some sort of suggestion. In the mean time, I think this thread will give a head start on the issue.

Joey, I saw this^ and needed to click the >> symbol to find the Garage/My Vehicles feature. It's pretty hidden in my opinion. It instead should slap new members in the face with high visibility.

I found it quicker to up to the media tab and down to members garage. it shouldnt belong in that tab though. maybe it needs a tab of its own.

Yes... I would like to find a way to make it easy and desirable for every member to do this. Unfortunately, I don't know how much tweaking room Justin has with this. I'm pretty sure it's similar to an "app" for vBulletin (the forum software we use).

I can see it if I reduce the font size in my browser. It gets cut off when I increase my font size one step larger than is seen below.

What are you waiting on an admin for... can you explain? You shouldn't need approval for anything...

Didn't work for me, Subaru Legacy wasn't available under the make and model tabs.

I think slow was talking about the "not listed" link next to the tabs. after you press that it asks what you want to add.

^^ That's because you drive a Honda Civic. Subaru is not available under make.
