ok so my speedo used to jump here and there and stop working,
so one day i took a look at the connector and sensor and found out that it was corroded.
i cleaned and brushed off the corrosion and now my speedo never comes on.
i did hear a little crack noise when i first reinstalled it.
i checked the voltage at the connector and had a 5-6v and 36M ohms at the sensor from the blu/wht wire terminal and the farthest right terminal.

i took one from a junkyard and installed it to my tranny and it still doesnt work...

so could it possibly be two bad sensors i picked up? or something inside the tranny cause it to not work.

What voltage to body ground do you measure at the Blk/Yel wire terminal with the key in ON(II)?

couldnt get a good ground connection but a 12v diff from the battery neg terminal
