Thinking about buying a Nikon AF 105mm for my D40.... Even though it doesn't auto focus, I can't imagine spending nearly $1000 for a lens... Especially when I'm a noob. I just really want to get into macro.

Worked my ass off for the past 2 days. Been in spike heels since 730am and finally got home and sat down/comfy not even a half hour ago. Pulled open a new bottle I tried while getting sushi last week, and I'm now snuggled up w/ my puppers, she's in a purple cast, and I plan to pass out soon.

Sid and I were playing tag last night and she was chasing me cuz I took her Liberty Bear and ran w/ it. She lost her footing and slammed into the wall. She broke a toe and has a purple cast now. Poor silly puppers.
