went out drinking last night caught two hours of sleep worked 9 till 540. At the house chilling washing clothes and other bs as soon as my girlfriend gets off work at 9 we are going out again.

I woke up, went into the office for about 5 hours and worked on a couple of papers that are due this coming week. s**t is stressful.... but I'm in the clear after Friday. Smooth sailing for a while after that.

Spent most of the day nursing my hangover on the couch, now gonna shower to head out and do it BIG since apparently 1 of my friends from back home just landed here and wants to go out. FML I'm too old for this ish.

Printing out directions to go to Watkins Glen International race track tomorrow. I think we've got like a dozen cars going together from a local forum. I'm SO terribly excited... I've never been on a track before...drag, autox, anything. You can't go too fast but I'm in it for the fun. $25 for 3 laps.

I'm currently designing a robot (or group of robots really) for a final paper in one of my classes. Kind of interesting... mini robots that work together to find survivors after urban disasters (think people trapped in collapsed building after an earthquake). A LOT of work... but it's actually a really fun assignment.

Yeah pretty sure Joe. I mean...like I said we're not supposed to go fast. I guess they have people on the track to flag you down if you're going too fast. It's opening weekend so they just let people go on the track and go "pace car speed" which I guess means 70-80mph tops. Should be loads of fun. I'm taking my camera and a bunch of other people are so hopefully we all get tons of pics.

Meh, you don't really need to go too fast anyway. Just work on your lines through the turns. It's your first time, you really don't want to go too fast yet, anyway.
