Civic 95 EX- NO HORN /ABS / Windsheild Water

Hi Fellas.

Have a problem , just got Civic 95 EX has a couple of problems

1. Horn is not working..

2. ABS makes somekind of noise when i start the car ! and goes away. Only 1 time the ABS light lit up on the Dash but went away after restarting the car.

3. Windshild water thrower ( dont know what its called ) doesnt throw water on the windshield so i dont know if its fuse or what ?

any clues to troubleshoot will be appreciated

Horn - check 20A hood fuse 42.

The ABS sounds fine.

Run power and ground wires from the battery to the washer motor to see whether it runs.

Also if the washer motor sounds like or is working check the lines...i had a hole in one of mine..and make sure where the water comes out is not clogged.

ABS lite Lit up again today on the Dash. i checked the oil level on the ABS bottle m its full ...

Where exact ly is the washer motor .. its not seen anywhere on top..

I dont hear any kinda noise from the washer motor.. so i dont know if its working or now ..any fuse ?

20A dash fuse 14, but if it were blown, the wipers wouldn't work.

I'm ressurecting this topic, because I have the EXACT same issue in my '95 Civic EX, with one exception. I've noticed that my ABS light only comes on when it's warmer out. When it's 45 degress or colder out, like it has been recently, my ABS functions properly and no light comes on, but when it warms up, the problem persists. The fuses are good and my wipers work, except are finicy on intermitten. Is it possible I have a bad ground somewhere?
