Exactly. Where I work we hire about 75 people a month but the turnover is pretty high. Plus it depends on the field you are in as well.

A lot of car folk around here have gone down south to get cars. My friend just went to one of the Carolina's to get an 05 GTO. Clean as hell, daily driven all year, and no rust. I wish I could drive year round and not get rust
