So my new injectors won't fit. I'm doing a d16y8 turbo and also auto to manual. Can anyone help me out? The seals seem to fit but the seal on the new injectors don't fit in, and I push them in pretty hard too... wtf?

They're 450cc dsm injectors. Do I need different injectors?

Here's a pic of the injectors side by side, stock on left, 450cc dsm's on the right:

Hmm.. I remember my old DSM injectors fit fine, I had blue tops though. The only thing about those was that the o-rings kept breaking.

You have to dremel(sand down, I used a dremel with a sand paper top) the Inside of your stock o-rings to use on the 450cc Injectors. Just take a little bit off at a time until the 450cc's fit snug in your stock injector's o-ring

Sweet, so I just need to dremel out the holes a tiny bit, sweet. Any wiring issues I need to worry about or just that?

well you'll have to wire up the resistor box and you need obd1 clips

I'm thinking it would just be best to get new injectors then...

well no matter what you'll need obd1 injector clips and depending on the kind of injectors you get..you might need that resistor box as well
