hey man i have the same wheels and have all the same thoughts as you. i like the way they turned out and wanna paint my like a charcoal gray. i was wondering how you prepped them for paint?

ahah no biggie.. but i pretty much just took a sander and sanded off the clear coat then rinsed them off and painted. Turned out well. Im thinking about trying white on them again lol ahh i just get tired of black rims

I say a dark chrome or something. Maybe white with black inlays/edges(not the lip)

did you use and electric sander or just go to town on your own with some sand paper?
