12:00am marked the first time in 9 months that I will be taking more than 12 hours off from smoking the chron. My girlfriend is in intensive PTSD inpatient rehab for 3-7 days and I promised her that I am here no matter what and she isn't alone (since I can't see her) I will give up my insomnia medication (mary jane) and risk not sleeping for up to 7 days... But it's worth it.

I late brake the s**t out of my car when I do spirited driving around corners and I've had my rotors/pads for at least 15-20k. Regular autozone pads and rotors. I do a TON of engine braking as well. I try to use my brakes the least amount as possible.

Yea engine braking puts less wear and tear on your brakes......but it's wasting more gas, and your engine is running at higher RPM's, putting a little bit more wear on your engine.

Eh, I get 30mpg and it costs like $40 to fill up. I couldn't care less about gas . I don't engine brake up to 6k lol. Only when I go to take a corner hard I'll heel toe into 2nd and rev it up to 6k but that's very rare. I try not to rev the car up anymore with all the miles I've piled on. I've been really good about driving grandma style for the past few months. I just drive like a d**k through corners and put more wear on my tires than I do on the engine.

I didn't go through Fairport (at least the village) but I did drive through the village of Pittsford. I'm pretty sure I'm the only 96-00 black civic coupe with white wheels in Rochester lol. You're a Honda guy too! You should recognize my car when you see stock, lowered, white wheels, fog lights, OEM Si grill, and front lip!
