Help in choosing internal actuator

Stick the actuator on, run it without the boost controller to make sure it works properly. Install MBC with it adjusted all the way out, then adjust it until you hit 20psi.

the current actuator is very short rod as i said which cause delay.

adjusting MBC from less psi to higher? this is what you trying to say?

Then that actuator is messed up or doesnt work properly with your turbo. Yes unscrewing a MBC (making it longer) is less boost because the spring isnt compressed as much and it takes less pressure to move the ball/spring

pretty clear
what about the vacum source from where you will take. btw the existing source is from compressor nippl.

MBC goes inline from the compressor to actuator, make sure the ball side of the MBC is towards the compressor.
