It depends how much you want to lower your car and how comfortable you want it while considering your budget.

If you don't want a bumpy ride, get the Skunk2 shocks and springs. Unless you want to figure out what spring rates go with what shock rates for the vehicle weight. If you go with one company that makes the whole set, you'll be better matched than a Mix-N-Match system.

Coilovers will be a little bit more expensive, but it's a better investment than a shock and spring setup. If you had the choice, get coilovers. But make sure they are full coilovers.

i went with the whole tein coilover setup and have no complaints i like it cause you can adjust eveything, they are a lil pricy but worth it

Yeah, I like Teins, but they tend to be bouncy if you set the shock rate too low. Skunk2's have less adjustability but don't have that problem. F&F's are pretty good for the price but bounce a little but have the adjustability of the Teins for cheaper.

i got me the fnf type 1 coilovers, im satifsfied compared to the old aftermarket i had. if i had different rims, i would have prefered struts and springs.

I have Tein Basis coilovers and I love them. I wanted to get Progress CS-II's buttt every place that had them at a reasonable price was backordered.

Very happy with Tein Basis Coilovers though, I highly recommend.

The Skunk2 Sport shocks will work best with the Skunk2 springs due to their spring rates.

The Koni STR.T shocks will work very well with either the S.Techs or the Progress springs. Both the S.Techs and the Progress springs are fairly similar as far as ride height and spring rates

wELl my car is a daily driver,nd idont want a bumPy ride at aLL
For the best ride, go with the Koni's with either the S.Techs or the Progress springs. The Skunk2 shocks are more aggreisvely valved because the Skunk2 springs are pretty stiff.

Not necessarily. LIke I said, the Koni's with either the Teins or Progress springs would make for a much smoother ride than the Skunk2 combo. Plenty of people "mix and match" things without issues. You just need to know what you're doing..

^best choice for a street coilover out there. The cheapest, most reliable and probably most comfortable coilover setup you can get.
