Bought a set of hawk HPS pads for my coupe. Well they send me the wrong ones so Im like whatever I call and send them back. Not a word for 5 days. Finally get ahole of someone and they say they will be here friday(called on a wednesday). I told them I wasnt paying for the shipping back to them because I didnt f**k up my order. Offers me a shirt instead, WTF is it going to say "damn baby you got all them curves and I aint got no brakes cause password jdm sent me the wrong pads". This is the thurdays after that supposed friday, Ive waited over a month for brake pads. Never buying from them again.

Not really. I bought an odyssey battery from them. But 7 months later it died completely. I took it back to them and warranty expired just a month before. Some guy who worked there was telling me to take to a specialized odyssey dealer place to fix it. But some other guy, said just give him a new one. Don't know if he ran the place or not, but he was really nonchalant dude.
so one guy says it has been sent, today it was on back order and is being sent today

UPS confirmed a delivery last week to my house but no package, was going to call tomorrow but at some point today while I was asleep they showed up on my door

first and last time i dealt with PWJDM i had ordered my SIR fenders, headlights, and fogs ... along with the free yellow H4 bulbs , and tow hooks , i get this huge box and all thats in it is packing peanuts with the tow hooks and bulbs
but they said the fenders and lights are in a separate package... ok cool 3 months go by no fenders and lights ...
i get on the phone with them they tell me they are on the way from japan.... another month passes telling me they are in transit to me , call back get a guy saying they are being held in customs cuz the container got seized , long story short i get the parts all jacked up saying it nothing thye can do for me .... very upset with them and will never buy from them ever again ... sorry for the rant

I can understand sending me the wrong pads the boxes all look the same, but as they are suppose to be a "legit" distributor i would hope they would refund my shipping them back cost, not offer me a shirt that cost them 6 bucks to make.
I would rip them up on every forum if I was in your situation with them.
I honestly I don't see how they stay in business there parts are over priced. I compare prices every time i buy parts and man there the highest every time.

I've always, always been put off by PasswordJDM. First for their stupid name, second by their product list(atleast suspension wise), and third for them over charging for everything... There are so many other sites that offer more, better products or the same products for much less. Like someone mentioned, I only visit their site for price references. Which every time is always more than someone else.. Useless site otherwise if you ask me.

I've never bought from PW:JDM but like everyone has said, their prices suck. There are a few things that are priced similarly as other competing sites but most of their stuff is marked wwaayyy up. I honestly don't get how they stay in business. Though they do sell a lot of stuff....
