No no... Aftermarket ones don't exist, unless people can get something custom done for their armrest.
Your best bet would be going to a junkyard/pick-n-pull and see what inventory they have...
I found an armrest for mine off eBay (which is what users have already piped in and said)
And places like Majestic Honda (www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/) or Norm Reeves Honda. (www.normreeves.com/) They are from California but you can order a brand new EK armrest for probably $100 BNIB.
