Help! Boost/Cracked sleeve+set up questionz...

So have a few questions now. Go Power Motorsports tuned my set up to 374whp@10lbs on stock sleeves. Bout 1k miles later i get a cracked sleeve...had them rebuild it again with a gsr block(same ls crank) n re used everthing again except the piston where the sleeve cracked n head gasket ofcoarse and ended up with another cracked sleeve...Now moved to georgia and now having Central Florida Turbo rebuild my s***. Did sum research and alot of set ups like mine were not making nearly as much power for that lvl of boost.

Set up:
B16 head(pr3) i think it said
B16 cams(got some brand new Skunk2 Stg1s goin in on this rebuild...got em after doing sum complaining to the owner of GoPwr)
Supertech springs and retainers
Type r intake manifold (think t/b too but not 100%)
Ngk 8.5mm wires n spark plugs
B18b1 bored n honed(Stock sleeves, waiting on my 3rd block. B18b1 getting darton sleeves put in n goin on this rebuild)
Micropolished Crank
Wiseco 81.5mm 9:1 turbo pistons
Go Pwr rods
ACL brearings
ARP head studs
Brand new GSR oil pump
Cometic head gasket
750cc RC injectors
Walbro 255 lph fuel pump
Comp 58/58 Turbo w/Billet wheel upgrade(non BB)
Ebay turbo log manifold
Ebay intercooler
Blackworks half radiator n fan
Ebay 2.5in i/c piping w/black ceramic coating
3in downpipe
3in exh piping(not cat) to Go Pwr blk powder coated muffler
Tuned on a p72 if im not mistaken on Hondata S300 w/boost by gear
LS Hydro tranny
MFactory 1.5way LSD
Competition Stg4 6puck clutch
Competition Lightweight flywheel

Vtec set at 4500rpm n limited at 8500rpm never revd past 8300rpm

Questions:
1.What do u guys think could of caused both the crack sleeves?

2.Full boost was at 6000rpm, but i want it sooner(dunno if it was the tune) how much do yall think Skunk2 Stg1 cams will help with spool up time?

3. How much power yall think i can get out of the same set up(with CFT tuning it) now sleeved,pushing 15lbs and with the new cams?

I want to go 84mm pistons w/10:1 flat top pistons(which is wat CFT is recommending) but is it neccesary for a 550whp goal(using E85 or 100oct or sumthing) if not ill save the money n use the 81.5mm wiseco's i already have n replace the 1 piston where the sleeve is cracked

detonation prob caused the cracked sleeve. But, I find it kinda hard to believe it made that power on 10psi.

Exactly what i thought. Only thing i can think of is maybe the head got done as in 3 or 5 angle valve job or maybe port n polished but i think the guys at GoPwr would of said sumthing. I told them not to post the dyno video on their youtube channel since i waz living in cali but ill call them tomorrow so u guys can see it (they better still have it)

what else do you wanna know? it detonated causing the sleeve to crack. You either need to find a tuner who knows what he is doing, or stop trying to make that much power on a stock block

Not trying to sound mouthy but u only answered the 1 out of 3 questions technically out of 4 if u count the last comment which i asked for opinions on, and as for stock sleeve comment i already stated clearly that the new set up is sleeved...

For the record: That set up that i posted was the old set up which was no where near a "stock block" besides sleeves. The new set up will b exactly the same EXCEPT this B18b1 block will have a set of brand new sey Darton sleeves on it, switching from b16 stock cams to S2S1's(still same b16 pr3 head w/SuperTech springs n retainers) and going from 81.5mm 9:1cr wiseco's to 84mm 10:1cr wiseco's

1) detonation : you may want a different manifold (log type retain cylinder temps) to keep cylinder temps down and/or port the water pump with a lower temp thermostat and lighter pressure rad cap.

2) faster spool = BB turbo

3) with a boost increase (assuming the same trim in/out) and the cams, I would expect around 375-400 depending on the tune.. and that is being generous. Raising compression and boost, you will run into more issues however, unless you significantly strengthen the block assembly. Maybe block guard?

Cams will help it breathe, but the tune could be a factor in the late spool. What are the specs on the turbo?

depends on cams, and specs of turbo.

you can go 10:1, and remember that if you go the E85 route, your going to run out of fuel with your current set up

Thx for the input guys really appreciate the tips n info. Hope now that ill b goin sleeved with new pistons ill have no problem. Gonna try to have a high n low boost switch to run 15lbs every day on pump gas and 20 on E85 on Friday and Sat =) Not sure wat the turbo maxes out at but i called Comp and they said 600hp but the guy sounded so unsure when he saided that im still feel sketchy about it.......

So what do u guys think the turbo maxes out at?
Think i can make atleast 550whp on 18-20lbs on E85 with my new set up?

Thx for the input soo far guys really appreciate it. As far as cams they will b the Skunk2 Tuner Stage1s which i hear are a little more aggresive then the type r some im hoping itll b a nice difference from the b16s cams right now and all i kno about the turbo is that its Comp 5858... Markings on cold side say .60 and on hot side .63a/r Hope that helps. I just hope i done max the turbo out (on E85 that is)

And wat do u mean by im goin to run out of fuel if i use E85? Talkin about ill have to get bigger injectors?
