Anthony's point is actually a valid one. Do we REALLY know that the rebel regime will be any better than Moammar's? Will it end up being "better the devil you know".
go through history and look at all the revolutionary forces that have surfaced.. I would imagine you would come to the conclusion that about half have amounted to a world "good" and the other half likely netter a world "bad"..
lets not forget.. Hitler was the leader of a revolution.. and you saw what he did once he had control.. Che was a "revolutionary leader" but he was also a scumbag terrorist..
pretty easy to be better than horrible.. so hopefully all of this rebellion DOES generate some genuine positive change... I am all for the removal of s***head dictators.. as long as it is an upgrade.. lol BUT even with that said.... as an example.. do we support some random unknown revolutionaries overthrowing a government just because the present regime is controlled by a complete loon? once a government is toppled the overthrowing force comes into quite a huge mess of responsibility.. military.. money.. chemicals.. resources.. "change" is just not good enough... it has to be positive change for me to get excited.. but I guess time will tell..
