D-Series tranny swap Clutch Problem

ok so i have a 1989 EF Hatch with the D15B1. Today i took out the stock 4spd an swapped in the 1990 5spd Si tranny i just bought & after doing the complete swap i start my car before taking it off the jackstands. i push in the clutch and it starts right up. so i put it in 1st and without letting the clutch out the wheels start spinning.... i used the new stock clutch for the 4spd tranny. idk wat to do:evil: anything helps

no i've put about 100 clutches in i work at a used dealership as a mechanic... everythings in right, it all bolted right up no problems at all. i'm thinkin that mabey the pressure plates r different??
