Hey all, help me out, please?

Hey I've got a 1997 Civic sedan that I just got this week. It's got some minor rust that I'm taking care of, but I want to start modding it but I don't know where to start. It's completely stock right now. I care more about the cosmetic part, but as it sits at only 106 horsepower stock, I want to beef up the engine to at least 200. Any suggestions? Also the engine is at 270,000 miles right now, and I'm gonna have it replaced as soon as it fails, so weather or not I blow it up getting power out of it isn't a problem for me.

start saving drive it till it blows then swap the motor out for a b or k series

Slap some boost on it!! Really the only way you'll get anywhere with that motor! Then once it blows you can swap it out!

I don't mind these as long as they're in the "New to the Site?" section... it's almost expected. But yea, there should be some kind of CC assigned reading to all new members which explains that wonderful rule I've read so many times... how does it go again?
