Hello! Sort of new to the site, joined last month but I've already received plenty of useful information. This is my 92 cx. Got it off some mexican guy who totally tried to F*** me over. I traded my 4 door da for it.. Not sure which I still like more. But here are the before pictures.
This is what it looked like the day I got it. Driver side has this tiny ass mirror don't know what kind it is.. All of the windows tail lights and wing had stupid paint all over them so i spend the day with sore fingers, scraping off all the paint. Luckily my neighbor had a spare oem wing and tail lights. ^_^

Both of the door panels have these dumb 4 inch diameter holes cut into them so I covered it up with some gorilla tape temporarily.. Ghetto as hell. You should see my driver side, Fabricated that whole b**** with gorilla tape! LOL. Waiting to find a good deal on some grey/blue panels.
This was the day my ambers and my tint came in. Thought this was a good idea.. but I thought to myself and realized that i was asking for a ticket. So i took them off like 30 minutes later. LOL
This is pretty much its current state.. Got the ambers on. The day I got it, it was missing the b pillar on both sides and also both exterior weather strips. Got those and krylon painted it, looks brand new. i want to take off the side moldings on both sides because i only have the middle pieces on there.. -_-" Gonna go with the thin side moldings. There's a carbon fiber hood on there. Why there are nuts and bolts shooting through the corner of the hood idk. I dont know why he couldn't just you know.. bolt it on like a normal person but that' what I'm stuck with right now. I recently just got all the paint off the hood like 2 days ago. Looks alot better. I sanded it.. clear coated it, compound and waxed it. But it.. not that great of a job to be hones.
I have a swapped d16z6 in there. Painted the valve recently.. but had to strip it because i didn't buy high temp. paint. LOL.. s@d lyf3. The wiring before i got it was just a straight up mess. My brother helped me rewire and reroute all those wires.
I have a long way to go for body work. My cluster works but the odometer and speedometer don't. There's a check engine light because the o2 is being rigged into the header. I have the same issue as the guy who posted his del sol project. The green one. So if anyone knows how I can fix it, many thanks!!
