When I went back looking for that previous track I stumbled upon this one as well. This was another unfinished project from about 4 years ago. I was supposed to feature 1 verse on this record along with a partner of mine, who never ended up using the track after I made the beat for it. I wrote the hook as well, and my only regret is the guy I chose to sing the male part... his voice is almost indistinguishable from the female on the chorus, and it really takes away from the back and forth dialogue I was attempting to create. Again: unfinished, unmixed, and I was a really mediocre rapper... but I figured I'd share it. And it's not some mainstream pop club s**t.

And, this will be the last track I put up. I'm probably just embarrassing myself with this one but whatever... I made this thread, I might as well fill it with something. This track was my first ever attempt at "singing". I made it for my wife(ex-girlfriend at the time) and it worked, obviously hah. She's always bugging me to finish it and I joke that I'll write the second verse the next time she leaves me. Anyways... it's rough, and cheesy, and on a beat I threw together and never really finished and for some reason I can only find a really low quality mp3. Enjoy lol!

Something a little different...

A buddy wanted to collaborate on some metal meets hip-hop stuff for a song. He's coming over tomorrow with his guitar and bass and we were planning to start from scratch, but I got curious as to what might come to me if I tried something on my own. Well, here's what I came up with as a scratch track/platform/idea for us to work with... just thought I'd share it. Let me know what you think so far.
