need to do 1 last quiz for criminal justice then ill be caught up for a few days at least then work at 4 prolly gonna get the stuff to paint the vc tommrw since i work morning shift for once

Came home, took a power nap, and then had dinner. I feel much better. I <3 power naps. I don't know what I would do without them!

Looking for an encore of the cma;s on tv for my girl off work already just laying around the house.
Eating homemade chicken pot pie and a few other things.
Stepdad get back from bama tonight some time so its a pretty good day.
still got half a bottle of liquor and about 10 beers so i may have to try and do something about one of those lol.

Power naps can be good at times. I typically stray away from them though. When I wake up I tend to never fully wake up and feel sluggish the rest of the day. Rather have a little more motivation and time in the day then taking a power nap. I'm odd. I know :lol:

^ im the exact same way if i nod off for 20 min or so no big deal if i sleep for much longer than when i do wake up i feel even more tired and ran down then i did before.

That's because you're sleeping too long. Power naps are typically 15-30 minutes. If you sleep for too long, you're too far into the sleep cycle and when you wake up, you feel even more tired which means you slept too long. During a power nap, you're not supposed to complete a sleep cycle or go too far into it.

Generally, 30 minutes is PERFECT for me. And I don't know how, but I automatically wake up after about 30 minutes from the moment I fall asleep. Every time.

Worked from 8-3. Had my first DEP meeting. Now I'm hoping my headache goes away in the next 5 minutes before I leave for my run.

Worked 7-3. Ran to my parents to get my hearing and eye protection for my Conceal Carry class on Saturday. Working on homework all night.
