well sense you have to cut/mod it anyway, ofcourse it will fit, lol (anything can fit anything with enough time and money..)

as far as the sound it will probably sound kinda stock, i.e. a little throuty, not very loud, more of a suttle tone.
(that would be my guess having heard the Si its self.)

hope that helps.

:welcome: to the site btw sense i didnt bother to read you welcome thread yet. (going there now)

no i just have the evo2 cat back. i am planning to go to stock with a little aggressive look / tone. i can delete the resonator but than the oem muffler looks too small...... so thats why i am going this path with the 8th gen muffler

After a quick google search, it doesn't look like it's direct bolt-on. The piping needs to be modified and you need new hangers.

If you want an aftermarket exhaust system that sounds stock but opens up at WOT, look into an Apexi WS2. They are REALLY nice and it's the ONLY exhaust system I would get unless I wanted something bigger for a turbo application or wanted an all out N/A car.

Apexi WS2 are quite loud, even for a more 'quiet' aftermarket exhaust and they sound obnoxious on a D-series. Hell any aftermarket does for that matter.

I know I pound this into the ground, but maybe the OP doesn't know this. An integra exhaust will fit. The piping is larger and the muffler is a bit deeper. I have a GReddy header-hi-flowcat-GSR exhaust, as well as the whale penis intake(talk about airflow) on my EJ7/8 and it sounds amazing to me. Slightly deep but still a nice purr.

You can find integra exhausts dime a dozen since everyone w/ them wants an aftermarket for their B-series.

WS2's are quiet dawg! My friend had one on his 99 EX and I could barely tell he had an aftermarket exhaust unless I looked at it or he rev'd it up. Inside the car it's pretty quiet unless you're at WOT at higher RPM's. My favorite exhaust.

You notice you kept saying it's quiet unless? Yea...means it's still loud. :P

"WOT at higher RPM's" ;). If you're daily driving normally, you barely notice it. Even if you're at WOT at lower RPM's, you don't notice it too much. Now if you're at WOT and getting on it, that's when it really opens up.

I mean compared to a coffee can muffler like an Apexi N1 or all the eBay exhausts, it's really quiet. It's like having an exhaust leak. You hear those things no matter how hard or soft you drive and no matter what RPM you're at. WS2's take more to get them to be louder and only really do it in the higher RPM range.

Yeah the higher rpm at wot is What makes my skunk 2 loud, but driving normal and even at 3k ok the highway its still very quiet, and I don't even have interior. So I guess its just a matter of opinion.
My current set up is, stock D15B8, eBay 3-2-1, (which deleted my cat sense the B8 has it built into the manifold ) stock midpipe and the skunk2 mega power R axle back portion. It's only loud after about 3800 under wot.

Although I'm with john on the WS2 system. It's What I plan to run once I do my swap.
