just changed cuz my right one was broken n had water in it heres some pics

n the trunk lip i went on ebay its called like a m3 trunk lip or somethin like that
its actually very good quality for ebay

No it's not. It's not flush w/ the end of the trunk, and it's missing the 2 pieces that go on either side of the trunk.

Google image search rear trunk lips of any car. They come factory on some BMW's...you'll see, yours is not correct.

It should be further back although I don't think it really needs the 2 pieces on the side. I kind of prefer it without, more like a 7th or 8th gen Civic Hybrid spoiler.
