Well, so far you're doing everything correctly babe, and my workouts don't cater your needs at all. You're dropping weight and doing endurance/strengthening. I'm doing weight loss and we'll figure out Tuesday if I need to do endurance or strength first. My guess is strength first so I can GET endurance.Send tips my way?
Over a course of 3 years I've successfully gained almost 50lbs. Since Sept. when a member on here came to visit, I've gained almost 20. I have a heart issue and have not been ALLOWED to work out, so when I say I feel weak, it's legit and due to immense weight gain. So when I say I'm obese, clinically, I am..it's not me being a girl and saying I'm fat; I really am.oh man i never work out, not since high school. Its funny to hear people say that they feel so weak after not working out after like a week, and I'm like "uhhh, ya...me too..." lol
But, I got this way being depressed years ago and stopped working out, then health factored in. I got here by myself and it's going to take hard work getting back and harder to maintain it.
