Nice clean start. The one thing that I have learned is don't go cheap on your suspension. Get quality parts or you will end up paying for it in the end. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Did you check out the CC store on here? Sometimes they have pretty decent deals..something to keep your eye on.

Progress coilovers here are 545 shipped with the new years coupon. may take advantage of that ;)

i dont know about them they dont reccomend to go that low and i want to be able to go pretty low eventually. so for now im thinking neuspeed sport springs, tein s tech, H&R sport. not sure if those would be good for stock shocks. and then later on get koni/gc

Why spend on a spring now that you will replace later? You say you want the ability to be properly lower than what the progresses cs2 coils will go, so any spring that is decent for stock socks won't drop that much either. Just save up and get the suspension you actually want.

And what's so different about building a d series? The cast majority doesn't have money or doesn't spend the money anyway on a motor swap. The swapped cars tend to be what you hear/read about but that's about it.
