So, this is my first car, first Civic, and first build. I am just 18, and I have a lot of ideas for this car. It is my daily driver, but I don't give a f***. I'm still going to fixer her up. I bought her on Black friday this year, and haven't done too much, but plan on it. I was recently in a wreck (not my fault), so I'm just waiting on a settlement check to fix my baby up. Enjoy! Was swapped before I got her.


Looking to paint valve cover. Any tips?


EWWWWWWWW. Fat ballasts.


Pretty clean.


Don't know if this is real mileage. Due to swap.




Any thoughts or suggestions are great!!

You have a very clean start, but I would change the rims, lower it, and paint the valve cover blue or red. Make sure that none of the gaskets are leaking as well.

Just bought new tires, so the rims are staying. Red and blue are my least favorite colors. Haha.

I'm actually not entirely opposed to the rims... they're not completely hideous. More unique than some.

The interior is nice and clean. Get that damage fixed up and you're on your way to a nice little project.

I got new body parts today actually. Just waiting on the insurance check to get it painted. The rims were scratched by the previous owner. PLan on painting them and the calipers to.

I have a lot of parts in my room from Christmas that are just pleading to be put on though :p

Such as, what are some of your plans?
Don't paint your valve cover some ridiculous color,
A nice simple color scheme can look very nice when doing the valve cover.


DO remove the incorrect badging, LX coupe never existed.

I was thinking of doing gun metal!! That looks sick.

I got a Dx badge yesterday at the junk yard. I don't know if I'll put that on or debadge the whole car.

Oh! I have new headlights coming, OEM fog lights, exhaust, short shifter, and the rest of my sound system :p

Did some work recently! If anyone is subscribed. Haha. Got new headlights here. Actually trying to sell them.

Also got my sound system installed. Lows and highs done.







12" Kicker CVR with ported deep box


Clean install by the guys at Unique here in Katy.



I also got my short shifter with bushings and new shift knob in today. Pictures will be up if weather is permitting :p

OEM Fog lights. Just installed them today. Green HID's to come!!


Driving lights with fog lights. 6k HID's to come.


Highs. HID's to come. Halos not wired yet :/


Green license plate LED. Smoked Tail lights to come!


Cosmetically, she's coming together! :D
