Work, then I might get a massage.
Saturday when I detailed my car I rolled my ankle, causing me to almost fall. I felt fine after that but yesterday I woke up w/ the WORST pain in my right lower side of my back. I've tried to stretch it out but it feels like it's on fire when I slowly bend/hold to work the muscle. I'm wondering if a massage will help.
I've alternated w/ ice/heat, hot bath, and Ibuprofen for swelling and no dice.

Solid as a rock? I know what you mean. When I replaced mine around 220k, it was like that too. Yay for no more leaks!
