Doesn't mean mini-van IMO at all. It means my life is over and I'm in more debt for the rest of my life w/ zero freedoms for quite a few years.
I'm not ashamed at all to say that I'm 28 and kids are a disgusting thought to me.(even though i'm a 'teacher'.)

No, this is your fault and it's clear why.
If you are unable to see, by law in any state you are to SLOWLY MERGE forward until you are able to see, and/or wait.
Her speeding has nothing to do w/ it; she had the right of way.
They're not making it your fault for the reasons you listed. You had a sign, she did not, you hit her, case closed.

It's not like I floored it off the stop sign. I was barely going 8 mph when it happened. And if I was going that slow and still didn't see her until it was too late, my bad. Honestly, if something were to happen to your pretty little car I'm sure you'd be shitty, too. I didn't ask what the f**king law says, that I know. I was talking about how stupid it is that they see only what the "law" had in this point, rather than ALSO considering both of the drivers (which one of even ADMITTED was speeding), the driving situation, and also including her giant accident history. But hell, I guess all of that doesn't matter, they just throw it to the curb and listen to the person with words written on paper on his/her side...
