Oh he is...but only in the fronts.
I tried explaining he needs better traction in the rear since it's a FWD car and no weight in the rear. But noooooooooooooo, never listen to the girl. <3

When I go to meets it helps me not think about it, cruising kinda makes me think about it a little, I have brand new PS3 games I have not even touched but don't have the urge to play, I have been doing some remix stuff with music so I might get into that more & see if that helps, tell your friend I'm sorry for her loss, I understand how hard it can be, I'll keep moving forward & try to keep myself busy.*HUGS*
There's got to be something you do to shut your mind off. For me, it's working out. When you go cruise, does that help or does it make you think more?
One of my teachers lost her mother before Christmas, now her father isn't looking good either. On top of that, her 21yr old son has gout in his knee and they drained almost 35ml of some icky green fluid from his leg.
She said she's just put herself on auto-pilot and is basically a zombie. Her hubby isn't really helping her cope either.
Driving too fast for conditions man. We got a total of 5 point something inches up here, didnt have a problem driving at all.
I was going maybe 25-30 lol. It happened for more than 1 reason but mainly because I don't have snow tires in the rear. My ass end slid out when I tried jerking the car back and it just kept going.

Exactly. I didn't have an issue except for spinning when trying to take off, and my tires suck and I'm dumped.
People don't realize, that's just STILL too fast. I did about 15-25 mph the entire way and was fine; plows weren't out yet when I was on the road. I was the plow.
One thing I do to help test conditions:
If no one is around me and there's no median/curbs close, I'll hit the brake hard to see if I slide/how far I do. I also leave the car in the wrong gear too. At 15-20 I'm in 2nd but sometimes 3rd getting closer to 30, naturally.
If I start to slide you let off the gas and INSTANTLY slow down, vs. being in the correct gear and barely slow. I never ever hit my brakes either and esp my e-brake if I slide.
Slow speeds and backing off gas instantly have kept me accident free all my life and I've dealt w/ some rough winters up north..

. After that happened, I ended up doing 40 anyways LOL. I was passing people on the way to work where I could on 2-lane roads. I can't stand how slow people drive in the winter. It's also fun when you can start from a stop faster than other people.
I've been craving mac and cheese lately so I finally cooked up a box of Velveeta I bought earlier in the week. Mmmmmmmm.
. After that happened, I ended up doing 40 anyways LOL. I was passing people on the way to work where I could on 2-lane roads. I can't stand how slow people drive in the winter. Good driver! I'm don't want call it wrong gear tho. i just call it, being a in a lower gear. torque brake might actually be better then ABS on snow.

*hugs*. And eff no. I'll show you how a real racecar driver drives, heel-toe and all. When my friend and I were on Watkins Glen with my car, I was scaring the absolute s**t out of him.
