Cam Upgrade?

depends on the cams but usually at least stiffer valvesprings. Figure out what cams you want and then u can ask that question
going to have to build the head. springs, retainers. your also going to need to get it tuned
403s, recommends stiffer springs but if you keep it around stock redline it will be okay
I'd go stiffer crower springs with their chromoly retainers rather that titanium then a tune as stated above. Make sure you have money for the tune before installation though, thats the most important part

so this is ti right then i should get a tune..also can i install this myself..Im not too familiar with installing anything but I need to save my money and am willing to work day and night

judging by your posts I would wait and learn a little more, if this is your daily I wouldnt try a cam swap unless you are severely confident and perhaps done it a few times.
