To Sell or Not to Sell?

My 2000 Ek Hatch

So I have a white, 2000 honda civic ek hatch and i was wondering how much money i could get for it?
It has a D16 engine with no mods
HID lights
lowered on DNA coilovers
and has the GSR blades for rims which aren't in very good shape.
-Is it worth selling or should i keep as a project car?

no prob =) . and imo you should keep the car and just have fun with it, it looks clean as f***. you don't have to swap engines to have fun. god only knows the amount of "trouble" I've gotten myself into with my stock y8 (except for I/H/E)

edit: KEEP THAT CAR!!!

haha Ive gotten into alot of trouble with this car also. >.<
Well if i were to do some work on it i dont know where exactly to start...

-My girl wants me to get a bigger car for more backseat area lol ;)

What all have you done to it and what are your goals? lol just recline one of the front seats ;) I can personally guarantee plenty can get done that way :naughty: (and I'm a big guy... 6'4 and 200 lbs. it worked out just fine for me)

My goal is to make the speedometer go past the 130mph mark and someday take it to some car shows.
-Recently I replaced the tranny, which had some bearing loose but that was maintenance not so much for performance. And upgraded the sound system since it is my daily driver.
- Ill be sure to try reclining the seat ;D

you didn't hear this from me but with 17's an ex can hit at least 116... <--- nobody should ever do that! that is a very bad thing to do. all that aside. I personally once I pay off my car, am going to do a b20 vtec swap with a mild n/a build, (some higher compression pistons, stage 2 cams, valve springs and retainers, intake and full stainless steel exhaust. paired with either an si or gsr transmission). I know the numbers won't be really high but it'll pull really nicely and the torque numbers will be a real plus :D . but thats just what my plans are. I'd suggest looking at other peoples builds and getting ideas from them

No one SHOULD be doing that lol but i hit 125 nd i got mad cause some civic i was racing was still pulling away with a car packed with people. >.<
-I wanna do a k20 swap even though i heard that there are alot of little issues with that

well yours is a hatch and mine is a coupe so you had less weight to haul around. K20 swap is probably one of the most expensive swaps you could do and will require a lot of custom work just because it wasn't designed to fit in these model of car. but stock they make great numbers and with just a few performance parts they can be very fast.
