but for the price he paid for the Si, its still good. lol. new paint job or new carbon fiber hood + some kind of heat shield will solve that problem.

No.. Burn marks from the super chargers heat. It gets hot , but the cars built to take everything. Just the hood isnt. Lol.

I was at a car meet tonight... I ran against a h22 turbo.... And left him by 4 bus lengths . He was on 10 psi. I love my car is chirps mean in every gear... I can burn out in 5th! Im gunna get a driving video real soon , me vs b20 turbo and ima update pics tommarrow

i know people on superchargers and they have never had burning hood problems. turbos are basically just as close and run even hotter and dont burn paint. id look more into that if i was you.

what psi is the supercharger on by the way?
