BTW I live 30 mins south of Indy, so being a Colts fan (yes even this season, I'm not a bandwagon) there's nothing I would like more than to see the Giants humiliate the Patriots...:kickass:

yes, selling tickets for any value over face value plus taxes and fees is considered scalping and illegal. the venue and organizers reserve the right to refuse scalped tickets if they find out about them. i've seen MANY people turned away at the gates due to buying scalped tickets. in the end, only the scalper profited and those who thought were buying a good ticket got shafted. if you bought a ticket early, you should not be selling it for profit. yes, it's against the law.
