MODS
-cold air intake
-racing tires w/ rims
-cat back exhaust
-speakers are nice
-alpine 12'' type r
-type r grill

PROBLEMS
-headlights work, but brights don't work.
-dash/instrument lights don't work, along with the heat/ac control lights
-battery will die if car is in the on position for >5 minutes
-front bumper is certafit, and its poopy.

Check all of your fuses. If this car was in an accident, there's a chance that a pinched wire is grounding out and blowing the fuses for your lights.

What kind of accident was the car in? What sort of damage was done? What sort of repairs were done?

Check fuses (under dash and engine bay). I don't know why you're asking about your front bumper and rear quarter panel.... Get new ones...? Replace the sway bar.

i rear ended a pickup truck, the trailer hitch smashed my hood, bumper, radiator, ac unit, front end radiator support was all bent, got one from a salvage yard for 170, cut it up and replaced it ( installed by a friend), i think some how the wires got pinched between the radiator support and the frame, causing a short??? im not too sure how to take everything out and fix the wires. (this was at 75,00 miles)

second accident i was hit going across a stop sign on a busy road and a mini van smashed the rear quarter panel on the right side, causing a huge dent, along with a smashed window. i took it to a local body shop and had them do the suspension and just pull the dent out on the frame machine (this was at 85,00 miles)

and i have checked my fuses, i even upped the starter signal fuse to 15 where as its supposed to be a 7.5. and it went on once and i was like :D but then i couldn't get the jumper wire in there or i something happened and it just went out. and i checked the fuse and the 15 starter signal fuse was blown. what do i do? just hook up some leds behind the dash??

Ah man. This poor Si :(
Replace the fuse again. It's being blown due to a wire being grounded out improperly (as you said, it's probably pinched). Retrace your wiring. It sounds a bit like it may be a headlight wire or something.
Get those dents fixed/repaired at a body shop.. kinda a no-brainer.. also, check the frame as stated before. If it's bent, get it pulled and straightened.

First of all, NEVER REPLACE A FUSE WITH ONE OF A HIGHER RESISTANCE!! This is dangerous and can cause a fire, or electrical system damage.

If your car is consistantly blowing fuses, I was right and there's wiring grounding out somewhere. Your best bet is to go over all the wiring in the engine bay and look for any damage. Changes are there's a cut in the harness somewhere that two or more wires have been damaged.

Hopefully it works out for you, good luck!
