the right side is marked in red, this is slightly bent, is that ok or should be replaced, and what could be the reason for that.

i'm not sure where I see the problem boss.
Maybe it is not so clear in the picture, but the area in which you can see the bolts is not straight. it seems that it is bent backwards at the right side of the blots.
If you take a look at your car's sway bar you would directly recognize the differeance between the right and left side...in case you dont see any differance, then mine is not ok!!

It is kinda hard to tell in the pics. But I do see some crappy welds though

I wouldn't be overly concerned about it, doesn't seem to be hurting anything. I'd probably fix it if it were my car but doesn't seem like anything urgent.

The pictures don't show your issue that well.... But depending on the severity of the bend if there is one, it could very well be an issue. It can be putting unneeded stress on the subframe, end links, and control arms when there shouldn't be any load at all (ie - driving straight).

I'd get that looked at if I were you since you don't really know if something is wrong.

A shop shouldn't charge you for just looking at it, so I think that is your best bet.

Need better pictures..

Are you saying the swaybar itself is bent, or are the swaybar brackets bent??

I just don't see how a swaybar could possibly be bent even in an accident. The car would likely be totaled if it were in an accident that would cause the swabar to bend. The endlink would more than likely break before the swaybar would bend in most cases and nothing would happen to the bar itself.

In any case, I doubt there are any serious issues that could arise from a slightly bent bar or bracket.
