Is 150$ for si stock wheels with no tires good or bad??? Let me no please.

I going to assume you mean the 99-00 si wheels. If they are in good condition then yes that is a good deal, at least in my area. Just look for curb rash, bends, etc in the lips.

I just sold mine with new tires for $300.
Seems fair if the wheels are in good shape and come with center caps.
Break it down, it's just over $35 a wheel.
