It kind of depends on what kind of driving you do/HP going through the tranny. As far as brand you can't go wrong with Exedy.

Exedy stage 1 or 2.
Stage 1 would probably be more than enough for a lightly modified dd. I would also HIGHLY recommend a lightened flywheel.

I personally have an Exedy OE with Fidanza lightened flywheel.

Makes it rev up and down faster and your revs can stay up longer/easier.

A "con" is starting from a stop or launches. The inertia carried by the heavier stock flywheel is greater than that of a lightened flywheel. So you don't have to rev up as high to launch with a heavier flywheel because it's harder to stop. With a lighter flywheel, you'd have to rev up higher since it's lighter and easier to stop. I remember being at the drag strip last year and I was literally dumping my clutch from 4k and I was still bogging down. It wasn't until after I understood this concept that it made sense why.

It can make stop/go traffic feel different but I honestly haven't noticed a difference at all. You just have to get used to it. It definitely feels different from my stock flywheel. I believe I have the 7.5lb Fidanza.

I have Exedy's in both of my Civic's and had an Exedy in my ACR Neon. All very good clutches and no issues. I wouldn't go higher than a stage 1 if you don't have the power to require it.. It'll be a PITA driving around normally esp in traffic. Even stage 1 can get tiresome in traffic in no time.

Like I said before, stage 1 is probably more than enough for you.

If you do stick with your stock flywheel, be sure to get it resurfaced.

yeah i found them for arounf 200 something for the whole shabang
there ya go

hows the f1 chromoly flywheels?
i have a F1 flywheel on my b series now, not sure if its chromoly but a flywheel is a flywheel IMO. its a piece of metal. personally i prefer the 11-12lb flywheels for a stock motor but some people do run a 6-8lb which seems like crazy light to me
