I have a 98 Civic Coupe and I was planning on buying this Rich Tuned chip, I don’t know if anyone has herd of this, but do you think this would be a good buy?

But the one other thing I’m confused with is the 2-step, I’m not 100% positive on what it is, if someone could please let me know, it would be greatly appreciated!

Or does anyone think i should get this sweet super charger for my civic? hahahahahaha im just kidding, but did you hear, 5 pounds of boost hahaha!

d16? If you have upgraded injectors then I am assuming you have built internals, no? And if you have all that then you should already have a tune, so you wouldn't need a chip. Even if thats not true, egay garbage is only good for intake piping, no more, no less. Save your money and headaches and get the good stuff.

Thank you for the help, and for the advice not to go on egay!

if you dont know the size of the injectors all other mods etc then itll be hard to tune it right. if im wrong about this somebdy feel free to correct me.
Also you need to check and see if you have an aftermarket cam there is no reason to do a cam gear unless its for looks if you dont have an aftermarket cam.
If it where me i would contact the seller and attemt to get a complete mod list from him
ALso if its running at least bigger injectors with no tune then its not running correctly how does it run?
If the seller is no help start looking at the car attempt to find out at least size on injectors any other fuel mods, fuel rail bigger fuel pump etc

Personally the way to get the best tune in a car isnt going to be a basemap chip.
It will be hondata and pay a real tuner to tune it on a dyno. Tuning is very expensive, but very important if your going to run upgraded fuel system you will have to tune it.
If what you listed is your only mods you dont need upgraded injectors so if it ismt tuned for them you can consider taking them off to switch back to stock ones, but that is up to you, but for just bolt ons the stock fuel system will be just fine.
whats the exact motor?

I bought the car a while ago and slowly I’ve been trying to De-Rice my car from all the ghetto stuff that’s happened to it, but this is my first civic and it’s all been a learning experience, but my friend told me those injectors were aftermarket, and i did some research and they are stock. The motor is a d16 y7, i just had to put a new transmition in because the one went bad, and that’s when i put in a new clutch and lighter fly wheel, Before i buy anything, what should be the part to buy, a new cam? or new valves? And thank you very much for the help.

before being able to state what parts you should get or give you adivce id need to know.
WHat is your budget for the motor?
what are your goals?
Since it is a y7 have you considered a mini me swap?
can you do the work on your own?

Also if you change the cam you have to tune it so keeo that it mind.
aso if you put it a stage 2 or higher cam you have to upgrade the entire valvetrain so keep that in mind.
stage 1 you dont have to upgrade valvetrain as long as your gonna keep it under factory redline.
D series non vtec cams are only made by a few companies and besides dropping a ton of money to not get very much power out of even a built y7 consider mini me swaps, full on swaps, and forced induction depedning on your power goal.
In short answer my first questions then ill be in a better position to offer advice.
