Yo guys,

Upon much research, I can't figure out why I have moisture inside the windshield. Car is parked for the winter and I know it has something to do with the recirc/fresh air button on climate control. I had some same problem last year but can't find my post. Someone help!

Thanks.

You most likely have a bad seal between one of your doors or sunroof. I used to have the same problem with my sunroof and ended up just recently sealing it up with rtv silicone as a temporary solution.

I do think one of the door seals on passenger side door is f'd up, and wtf does a bum or raccoon have to do with it?

The warm moisture exhaled during the breathing of a bum or raccoon will condense on the windshield and cause fogging.

hahaha, no water at all anywhere. I checked the obvious passenger side and it's completely dry. Trunk is also completely dry, car has maintained coolant level also. I know it's a stupid f**king problem to have and it's not a huge deal... just trying to keep interior in decent shape.

Thanks.

Car doesn't smell at all, not sure what a coon smells like... pretty sure a bum smells like s**t but anyways... Not a sweet smell, mildew or anything. I guess in the spring I'll replace the seal on the door and go from there. I also had to replace the moonroof due to hail damage, maybe that seal has something to do with it. idk
