fuel consumption..22mpg !!

Hello,
I was wondering if having a about 22-23 mpg fuel consumption on my 00 civic si (normal driving both in city and highway) is that normal or it should be better?

for combined city/hwy, that would be accepable if you do mostly city out of teh mix,

well i was driving smoothly,,beacuse i want to find out the fuel consumption in normal diriving...so it seems there is something wrong?
I got 2 days ago 4 new NGk spark plugs and wires..what else u think should be changed ?

depends on the mileage and what was replaced during the last tuneup, if anything. I would start with air filter, dizzy cap and rotor, fuel filter, maybe upper o2 sensor, then reset the ECU. that might help improve your mileage. if not, you'll need to dig a little deeper into the issue

Check that it has a termostat in it. So many idiots that think they know cars take them out.
