Cluster Help.

Friend was puttin in a new radio in my car, and after done wiring he just stuffed it back into the slot where it stopped working completely. a couple of days later my cluster backlight went out, but the Brake, cel light etc.. still come on. checked fuses but they are fine. Also took my battery out once and when i put it back they little noises when i leave my keys in the ign, or leave my lights on doesnt come on anymore.

check the wiring behind the cluster, and then check his wiring job behind the radio.... ive installed a double din, in my civic and had no problem with any of my lights

Check 7.5A dash fuse 30.

yeah what they said check your fuses and did he use the correct fuse for the radio?

Yea i took out the cluster and nothing, everything is intact. Thanks i will check that fuse tomorrow

The bulb burn out? Could be as simple as that...

i have a 96 civic and if the cluster does not have a tach like mine the the bulb sizes are #194, #24 in the back and the 2 on tops are #74

in the back they should be all brown you twist them off and pull(:

the bulbs cost me $5 for 2 and they come in a pack at autozone

Thanks for the DIagram big help, just waiting for this rain to stop to check it out. And I tried rewiring it by following advice that i heard (dont flame me for it if its wrong) but they told me to Color match the wires to hook it up. Red to Red, Green to Green etc..
