I had chinese food. I was bad too. :(
I had it for lunch but I'm good for the evening and can have a Supreme Protein bar if I get hungry within the next two hours. I just ate from the salad bar, grilled pork, baked salmon and cold shrimp. :D
Best meal replacement evar! But really Mark, look for Supreme Protein bars at d**k's Sporting Goods, Sports Authority, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Target, and select grocery stores. These bars are better than this s**t! The PB&J and Peanut Butter Pretzel twists are awesome! I only do the Atkins bars if I'm desperate and if I don't get the Supreme Protein bars.

Try this protein shake from Costco. Good s**t and filling hence the 30 grams of protein.

30 grams of protein is a lot for one serving. You will end up shitting a good deal of that out...

Those high protein bars and esp shakes are only meant for people that are active enough to burn through all of that. Otherwise you actually gain weight.

The only people I know using that high of protein are the ones that heavily compete, heavily lift, and do adventure races but even they need a high caloric intake bc they burn so quickly.

I haven't gained weight from protein shakes or bars. :what: I pick and chose the times I want to have just a bar for a snack or dinner or a shake after I workout in the mornings. When I have that shake, I only drink half of it and my husband has the rest. I like the Atkins Daybreak bars for when I'm at work for lunch. I pretty much have a bar and a bottle of water and I'm good until my next snack or meal. I mix them in with regular meals. It's when you sit on your ass and don't bother exercising thinking it will do a magic trick and instantly you loose weight. It doesn't work like that. You have to constantly keep moving.


Stop giving me sex tips. It's becoming annoying Eric. :P
