It turns out that biz's bad behavior was due to a venereal infection of his brain. After a year of antibiotic treatments, he's become a model citizen and an extremely nice guy. He just doesn't return to CC because he gets a little embarrassed when he reads some of his old posts. I want to tell biz that we forgive him because it was the bacteria in his brain not him making him behave like a complete idiot.

This says more about your alter ego than how good biz was as a moderator. I say this because I think you were an outstanding moderator (funny, interesting, not prone to over-reaction) whereas biz just sucked.

Maybe I'm missing something or just misunderstanding what you are saying. Do you believe in having an over-policed forum and an ignorant super moderator who is more interested in his power than in facilitating positive member interactions or in improving the site? In my opinion, biz caused many more problems than he made contributions. His negative legacy will be felt for some time at CC.

LOL I guess I wasn't as opinionated about him as some. I just thought it was funny, if a thread was going south he would first b**** everyone out, then lock the thread and or delete everyones posts lol. Yeah, probably not the best policy as a moderator... BUT He could sniff out spam and trolls like nobody's business too
