Im just tryin to figure out the whole glasses ordeal.
The gas prices you are reporting are so ridiculously low that I am questioning whether your vision is good. Houston gas prices are generally low when compared to the nation's average. How can Colorado afford to undercut the price of gas in Houston, where we have several gas refineries? I'm genuinely interested to know the answer.

How long have you lived in the U.S.? We apparently haven't properly indoctrinated you.
since 1998.. with a 2 year gap between 2002 and 2003 where i ran out of funds and had to go back to chile and work my ass off to come back. petrol makes more sense to me; gas simply reminds me of flatulence lol

bulldog's prices are accurate. check the fuel temperature map i linked earlier. colorado, utah, and wyoming has the cheapest petrol in the nation. houston sits right in the middle of the price range.

I wasn't trying to be rude, but you didn't answer my questions. How's your vision? Blurry? Do you wear glasses or contacts? Do you generally drive under the influence?

that i do... i often find myself using bonnet, boot, estate, and saloon instead of the US names. makes it a little easier when dealing with mid-engine and rear-engine cars... even though hood and bonnet should always refer to the cover over the engine, but people tend to get confused when i say hood because they automatically think "front of car" rather than the actual definition i stated above... boot refers to the main cargo compartment (aka trunk in north america).. the names refer to usage, not location!!

also, to me hood is what most people would call a "top" (as in fabric top or convertible top), much like the hood of a jumper or sweater... i also call refer to 'sneakers' as 'trainers'' and sunglasses as shades. it's partly my age and partly the british influence.

I guess I look at it differently. Petrol sounds like petroleum, which refers to crude oil. We don't put petroleum into our gas tank. We put gasoline (aka, gas) into our tank. Gasoline is refined from petroleum and is not the same. Petrol is a European term for gasoline and is not commonly used in the U.S.

Now when you come up with a way to collect and use fart gas in our tanks, let me know and we'll form a company.

Does it make you wonder whether these sparsely populated states subsidize the price of gasoline to keep it low? Otherwise, why would non-gas producing states have the lowest prices? Just wondering.
