ED7 to EF9 rear disk brake swap

I have a 1989 Honda Civic Si from the US. It is an ED7 with the stock rear drum breaks. I want to swap in the rear disk brakes from an EF9. What do I need to do this?

That to but da's are easier to find. U need the rear hub assembly trailing arms and lca etc what you would take off on yours is what u need off a rear disc version there are youtube vids of exactly how to and parts needed
