Alignment Question (Wheel SetBack)

Hey guys, so my alignment was pretty messed up, after getting an alignment done today it seems worse. I went to a shop and they told me that the front passenger side wheel is pushed back, so its not centered in the wheel well. he asked if i still wanted to complete the alignment, i said go ahead. he told me that once the wheel was centered that it should fix the alignment. they did tell me that it could be either a bent lower control arm or a bent subframe.

the question is if the wheel isnt centered as it should be do you actually think this would cause my alignment to be screwed to the point that my car always pulls to the right.

I also remember being an idiot and took a turn too fast which resulted in me hitting a curb at about 35 MPH head on, not sure if i might have bent some stuff up.

yes, that can definitely make your car always pull to one side. Torque is no longer remotely close to being distributed evenly so it will easily shift you off to one side.

Buy unbent parts, install, get an alignment, drive straight =)

Well I replaced the lower control arm and it still looks like the wheel is still set back, is there a possibility that I bent the subframe, if that's the case is that something that is would cost an fortune to repair?

Do you really expect us to randomly guess? Post some clear pictures of the suspension on the bad side.

ah, sounds like under steer. Out then In on the turns man, gradually. not too fast, if not then you will oversteer.

i've seen cars with wheels like what you have just described. get under the car and see if there anything damaged.
